The pizzeria is open exclusively for dinner, every day from 19:30 to 22:30, offers two variations for its dough that has inevitably leavened naturally, certified and produced in Italy:
wheat flour 0, mixed with whole grain flour (buckwheat, oats, spelled, barley, wheat germ and natural yeast in small quantities;
stone-ground venereal rice flour containing a high concentration of fibers, minerals and antioxidants.
The Restaurant Gourmet Panini di Mare, instead, offers the inviting sea recipes of the chef Mario Ottaviano. Here, the simplicity of tradition combines the enthusiasm of culinary experimentation based on fresh and genuine ingredients.
