The central restaurant-pizzeria is open every day for lunch from 12:30am to 2:30pm and in the evening from 7:30pm to 10:00pm. Its rich menu offers typical dishes from the Apulian tradition and a special gluten-free menu, in accordance with the criteria displayed by the AIC (Italian Celiac Association) guide.
The pizzeria is open exclusively for dinner, every day from 7:30pm to 10:30pm, and it offers two variations of its pizza dough, which leavens naturally, and it is therefore certified and produced in Italy:
all-purpose flour mixed with whole-grain flour (buckwheat, oats, spelt, barley, grains of wheat and natural yeast in small quantities;
stoneground Venere rice flour containing a high concentration of fibers, minerals and antioxidants.
The Restaurant Gourmet Panini di Mare, instead, offers the flavorful sea recipes of the chef Mario Ottaviano. Here, the simplicity of tradition is combined with the enthusiasm of culinary experimentation using only fresh and genuine ingredients. The showcase at the restaurant entrance shows you the catch of the day, and gives you the little pleasure of choosing the main dish for your excellent 0 km dinner cooked only with genuine local products.
